Border Aggregates opened its doors in Scotland in September 1999, as part of a planned expansion of our Head Office operation in Carnforth, North Lancashire.
The initial focus was to establish a permanent presence in Scotland and we have worked hard to establish a depot that stocks a vast range of British, continental and most importantly Scottish quarried products.
Much of our business is merchant and trade based and our supplies are geared to suit the individual needs of each stockist.
All of our decorative aggregates are available in bulk bags and medium bags as standard, however, we can also offer direct-to-site loads tipped loose, up to a weight of 29 tonnes.
All Border Aggregates Scotland packaging bears a motif that primarily promotes the stone itself, and not our company. Contact details are omitted to ensure continuity between our stockists and their customers.

We pride ourselves on the quality of the materials we supply, with each product having been carefully sourced from the United Kingdom and abroad.
Our materials are selected from premier sources throughout the United Kingdom and, wherever possible, locally quarried aggregates are used that are specific to the Scottish market. This policy supports local business and reduces the environmental impact of transporting aggregates.
Our fleet of 30 vehicles are wholly owned and maintained, and are fully equipped to deliver what you want, to wherever you want it…..no fuss, no problem!
We supply many types of landscape and quarry products to the construction and landscaping industries. These products include Welsh Slate walling stones and chippings, decorative garden aggregates, pebbles and cobbles, rockery and boulders.
Deliveries can be made to all parts of the UK and most products can be supplied in small bags, bulk bags or loose in bulk tipper lorries. The company is well equipped for supplying builders' merchants, garden centres, landscape contractors, local authorities and the precast concrete industry. We also supply directly to the general public and all enquires are welcomed.
We can deliver any product loose or bagged to any location in the UK.

These are proving to be valuable additions to our day-to-day operations.
